Skoopa provides commercial cleaning and property maintenance services, including:

- Pre-sale property presentation cleaning

- Office maintenance and cleaning
- Other property services as agreed
Service Agreements
Individual services are governed by separate service agreements or quotes provided to you. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific service agreement, the service agreement shall prevail.
Quotes and Pricing
Quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, scope changes, or additional requirements identified during service delivery.
Website Use
Permitted Use
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the website without permission
- Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code

Intellectual Property

Client Responsibilities
When engaging our services, you agree to:

- Ensure the premises are suitable for cleaning services
- Remove or secure valuable, fragile, or sensitive items
- Provide accurate information about the scope of work required
- Be present or have an authorised representative available if required
- Pay for services as agreed in the service agreement or quote
Payment Terms
Payment
Payment terms are as specified in your quote or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within 14 days of invoice date.
Late Payment
We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at the rate of 2% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower. We may also suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances.
Cancellation
Cancellation terms are specified in your service agreement. Generally, cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.
Limitation of Liability
Service Delivery
While we strive to deliver high-quality services, we do not guarantee specific outcomes. Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Exclusions
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skoopa shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Damage to pre-existing conditions not disclosed prior to service
- Damage caused by third parties or circumstances beyond our control
Consumer Guarantees
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.
Insurance
Skoopa maintains appropriate public liability and professional indemnity insurance for our services. Details of our insurance coverage are available upon request.
Disputes & Governing Law
Informal Resolution
If you have a concern or dispute regarding our services, please contact us first to attempt informal resolution. We are committed to addressing concerns promptly and fairly.
Mediation
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, either party may refer the dispute to mediation administered by a mutually agreed mediator or the Resolution Institute before commencing legal proceedings.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria for any disputes arising from these Terms or our services.
Force Majeure
Skoopa shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or infrastructure failures.
